Hi, I am Rebecca

Virtual assistant based in London helping businesses with social media and event based projects.

My mission is to help business owners achieve their full potential, by taking on the time-consuming activities that are blocking them.

I am based in London, though being a virtual assistant means that you don’t need to be. Working in a virtual capacity allows you the freedom to delegate your overflowing workload to me, whilst not having to pay the overheads of a full-time employee.

I work when you need me.

Prior to life as a social media manager, I spent 8 years working in London as an event and relationship manager. Providing account management for companies in a diverse range of industries. This experience gave me the skills to build a relationship with clients, focusing on their business needs, and current industry issues, in a time-sensitive way.  

I focus on getting to know you and your business. By building a solid partnership, I am able to support your goals as if they were my own.

A natural planner, who is results-driven, I am ready to work behind the scenes to help your business achieve its goals.

I love using technology to assist me to streamline processes and this is what I can bring to your business.

Programmes I love are scheduling tools (Trello, Notion, Later, Hootsuite), the entire Microsoft suite ( word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher, teams, Dynamics), event management platforms (Aventri, Eventbrite, Big Marker, Zoom).
